About

I am the founder of Ingenuity, a globally recognized software engineering firm that spearheads digital innovation and transformation for startups and small to medium businesses around the world, including in the US, EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.

My passion for education and coding drove me to establish Hackademy, with the ambitious goal of positioning the Philippines as a global coding powerhouse. Through this initiative, we are committed to training Filipino software engineers to become more competent on the world stage.

In my journey to support entrepreneurship, I recently co-founded Bayanihan Ventures, a boutique venture studio that aims to connect entrepreneurial talent in the Philippines with the resources they need to succeed, particularly in the sectors of Healthcare, Agriculture, and Education.

With over twenty years of experience in software engineering, technology, entrepreneurship, and education, I have become a key figure in the Filipino tech and digital landscape. My work involves collaboration with industry giants such as Google, Microsoft, Oracle, and AWS, as well as various startups, government bodies, and SMEs, both internationally and in the Philippines.
