Key Responsibilities
- Create & Refine – Develop compelling design concepts, from branding to digital experiences, with guidance from senior designers.
- Learn & Grow – Gain mentorship in typography, layout, user experience, and design thinking, refining your skills in crafting timeless visual narratives.
- Collaborate & Contribute – Work alongside a cross-functional team to bring strategic design solutions to life.
- Maintain Excellence – Ensure that every design choice is intentional, polished, and aligned with the project’s vision.
- Adapt & Iterate – Participate in feedback loops, incorporating insights to elevate the final execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or digital product design, or a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and execution.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and an eagerness to master new tools.
- A sharp eye for typography, composition, and color, with a strong appreciation for design systems.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to receive and implement constructive feedback.
