This Privacy Policy explains how Ingenuity collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you visit our website, contact us, interact with our digital services, or otherwise provide information to us through the website.
For purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), Ingenuity Global Solutions acts as the Personal Information Controller for the personal data described in this Policy.

Name
Work email address
Company or organization
Role or job title, if provided
Business challenge, objective, or inquiry
Desired business outcomes
Expected timeline
Indicative budget or investment range
Files or documents you choose to attach
We may also receive contextual information about how you arrived at the inquiry, such as the service, solution, audience, business challenge, or other Ingenuity content you were viewing before contacting us.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential client information, regulated information, passwords, credentials, or other information that is not reasonably necessary for us to respond to your inquiry.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, our website, hosting infrastructure, security services, analytics tools, and related technologies may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate geographic region, pages viewed, referring page or source, timestamps, interactions with website features, campaign or referral information, and cookie or similar identifiers.
We use this information primarily to operate, secure, understand, and improve the website.
2. How We Use Personal Data
We may process personal data to respond to inquiries and requests; understand your organization’s needs; route an inquiry to the appropriate Ingenuity team; discuss potential projects, services, partnerships, or engagements; prepare for or enter into a business relationship; operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website; understand how visitors use our content and digital experiences; improve our website, services, content, and user experience; measure the effectiveness of our communications and marketing activities; detect abuse, fraud, security threats, or technical problems; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
We will not use personal data for purposes that are incompatible with the reason it was originally collected unless we have an appropriate legal basis and, where required, provide additional notice or obtain consent.
3. Basis for Processing
Depending on the circumstances, we process personal data where you have provided consent; where processing is necessary to respond to a request or take steps before entering into a contract; where processing is necessary to perform a contractual obligation; where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation; or where processing is necessary for a legitimate business interest that is not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Providing an inquiry through our Contact form allows Ingenuity to use the information you provide for the purpose of evaluating and responding to that inquiry.
Where applicable law requires consent for a particular processing activity, such as certain analytics, marketing, or cookie activities, we will rely on consent and provide an appropriate method for withdrawing it.
4. Contact Form and Attachments
When you submit the built-in Ingenuity Contact form, the information you provide is transmitted to the appropriate Ingenuity recipient by email.
The website does not create a WordPress post, lead record, or database copy containing the submitted Contact form values. Temporary files uploaded through the form are deleted from the website server immediately after the mail delivery attempt.
Copies of your inquiry may nevertheless remain in Ingenuity’s email systems, business communications, backups, or other systems used by authorized personnel to respond to and manage the inquiry.
Website analytics associated with the Contact journey may record events such as starting the form, moving between stages, encountering a validation error, or successfully submitting the form. Ingenuity’s website implementation is designed not to send the values entered into Contact form fields to its analytics system.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to provide essential website functionality, remember appropriate preferences, maintain security, understand website usage, and measure the effectiveness of content and communications.
Ingenuity currently uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to help understand how visitors interact with the website. These services may process technical information about your browser, device, interactions, and approximate location.
Where Google-hosted fonts or other externally hosted resources are enabled, the service provider may also receive technical request information such as your IP address, browser information, and the resource requested.
Where required by applicable law, non-essential analytics or similar technologies should only be activated after the appropriate consent has been obtained.
You may also control cookies through your browser settings and through any cookie or privacy controls made available on the website.
6. Sharing of Personal Data
Ingenuity does not sell your personal data.
We may disclose personal data to authorized Ingenuity employees and contractors who need the information to perform their responsibilities; hosting, infrastructure, security, email, analytics, and other technology providers acting on our behalf; professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, or insurers when reasonably necessary; government authorities, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is required or permitted by law; or parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy protections.
Service providers are expected to process personal data only for appropriate purposes and subject to contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards where required.
7. International Processing and Transfers
Some of the technology providers used to operate the website or support Ingenuity’s business may process or store information outside the Philippines.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, Ingenuity will take reasonable and appropriate measures to ensure that the information continues to receive a level of protection consistent with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, managing prospective or existing business relationships, maintaining appropriate business records, satisfying legal or regulatory requirements, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and protecting Ingenuity’s legitimate interests.
Website and security logs may be retained according to the operational and security retention periods of Ingenuity and its infrastructure providers.
Analytics data is retained according to the settings configured for the relevant analytics service.
When personal data is no longer reasonably required, we will delete, anonymize, securely dispose of, or otherwise restrict access to it as appropriate.
9. Information Security
Ingenuity uses reasonable administrative, organizational, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.
These measures may include access controls, encrypted communications, secure infrastructure, security monitoring, authentication controls, employee confidentiality obligations, restricted administrative access, and appropriate procedures for handling security incidents.
No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously seek to maintain safeguards appropriate to the nature and risk of the information we process.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act and applicable regulations, you may have the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data; request access to personal data concerning you; object to certain processing; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information; request erasure or blocking where legally appropriate; obtain data in a portable format where applicable; withdraw consent where processing depends on consent; seek damages where your rights have been violated; and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
The National Privacy Commission identifies these as core rights of individuals under the Data Privacy Act.
If you are located outside the Philippines, applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction may provide additional rights. Ingenuity will honor such rights where legally required.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a privacy request.
11. Automated Decision-Making
Ingenuity does not use personal data collected through the public website to make decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.
If we introduce a digital service that materially changes how personal data is processed, we may provide an additional or service-specific privacy notice explaining that processing.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Ingenuity website may contain links to websites, applications, social networks, or services operated by third parties.
Their collection and use of personal data is governed by their own privacy policies and practices. Ingenuity is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites that we do not control.
We encourage you to review the privacy information provided by those services before submitting personal information to them.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Ingenuity website is primarily intended for businesses, professionals, organizations, and individuals interested in Ingenuity’s services and work.
We do not knowingly use the website to solicit personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us without appropriate authorization, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services, technology, data practices, or legal obligations change.
When we make material changes, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page and provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
